We ship from our manufacturing partner's warehouse. To keep you informed, here are all shipping costs and delivery times – no fine print.

Delivery Time
We process your order within 1–3 business days. After that, the following applies:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons like the Christmas period, there may be delays with delivery services.
Tracking
As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take 2–5 days for the first status update to appear – this is normal and does not mean something has gone wrong.
Partial Deliveries
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for this.
Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries within the EU, you will not incur any additional charges. The final price displayed on the product page applies.
For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA, and other countries outside the EU, import sales tax, customs duties, or handling fees from the delivery service may apply. These costs are borne by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. The amount depends on the regulations of your country.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Shipment
Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or an unclaimed customs fee, we will refund the value of the goods minus the incurred shipping costs.
